Bade Arts does not offer logo design or artwork modification.
Submitting files that do not meet our requirements may delay production or result in order cancellation if a suitable file is not provided.
1. Customer-Supplied Content Responsibility
By uploading, submitting, or providing any logo, signature, artwork, image, or design (“Customer Content”) to Bade Arts, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The customer owns or has full legal rights to use, reproduce, modify, and apply the submitted content.
- Bade Arts does not verify ownership, trademark status, copyright status, or licensing of customer-supplied content.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for any legal claims, disputes, or damages arising from the use of their submitted content.
2. No Guarantee of Performance or Intended Use
Bade Arts makes no guarantees that a customer-supplied logo, signature, or design will:
- Function as the customer intends
- Appear correctly across all materials, products, platforms, or applications
- Be suitable for printing, engraving, digital use, resizing, or reproduction
- Meet trademark, branding, or professional design standards
All customer-supplied designs are produced “as provided” and “at customer risk.”
3. Design Compatibility & Quality Limitations
Customer-supplied files may have limitations including (but not limited to):
- Low resolution or poor image quality
- Improper formatting
- Unscalable designs
- Incompatibility with certain products or processes
Bade Arts is not responsible for issues resulting from these limitations. The customer accepts that final results may vary based on file quality and format.
4. Approval & Final Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, previews, or mockups before production.
- Once approval is given, Bade Arts is not responsible for errors, including spelling, layout, placement, sizing, or design intent.
- No refunds, replacements, or revisions will be issued for customer-approved designs.
5. No Legal, Branding, or Trademark Advice
Bade Arts does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Trademark clearance
- Copyright verification
- Branding or compliance assurance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their designs comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
6. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bade Arts, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from:
- Customer-supplied content
- Alleged infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Improper or unintended use of the final product
7. No Liability for Business, Financial, or Reputational Loss
Bade Arts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Brand damage
- Reprinting or redesign costs
- Marketing or promotional failures
8. Right to Refuse Content
Bade Arts reserves the right to refuse or decline any custom design or customer-supplied content at its sole discretion, including content that is:
- Offensive
- Illegal
- Infringing
- Misleading
- Technically unworkable
9. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a custom design or uploading a logo or signature, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
