If you’d like to cancel an order, please email BadeArts@outlook.com and include your order confirmation. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then proceed with a return.
All refunds for orders paid via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s non-refundable processing fees. These fees are deducted from the refund amount and are determined by PayPal, not BadeArts.
As of January 2026, PayPal’s processing fee is 2.99% + $0.30 per transaction. Processing fees are subject to change without notice.
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact me for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, you must provide detailed photos of the damaged item via email at BadeArts@outlook.com.
