Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel an order, please email BadeArts@outlook.com and include your order confirmation. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then proceed with a return.

Refund Policy – PayPal Payments

All refunds for orders paid via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s non-refundable processing fees. These fees are deducted from the refund amount and are determined by PayPal, not BadeArts.

As of January 2026, PayPal’s processing fee is 2.99% + $0.30 per transaction. Processing fees are subject to change without notice.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact me for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, you must provide detailed photos of the damaged item via email at BadeArts@outlook.com.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
2. All original packaging must be included.
3. Items must be wrapped securely, as artwork can be very fragile.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for customized, made‑to‑order, or special‑order items.

To initiate a return, please email BadeArts@outlook.com. If applicable, you will receive the return mailing address. Merchandise should be sent directly to me.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and whether it has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, one of the following will be issued within a reasonable timeframe:

• An exchange for the returned item
• A non‑transferable merchandise credit
• A refund to the original payment method
• Another good‑faith remedy deemed appropriate
